1. The service1. El servicio

Templum is a world index of churches. It catalogues church buildings and compares them against the same eight criteria, using information and documents supplied by the churches themselves and public sources. Templum is operated by Bloque SRL, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.Templum es un índice mundial de iglesias. Cataloga edificios de iglesias y los compara con los mismos ocho criterios, usando información y documentos que aportan las propias iglesias y fuentes públicas. Templum es operado por Bloque SRL, Santo Domingo, República Dominicana.

2. Registration and fee2. Registro y cuota

A church registers by completing the form, uploading its documentation and paying a one-time fee. The first 10 churches register as Founding Members at US$200; after that the fee is US$300. The fee covers the review and, if approved, the publication of one church page. It does not buy a score or a position in the ranking.Una iglesia se registra completando el formulario, subiendo su documentación y pagando una cuota única. Las primeras 10 iglesias se registran como Miembros Fundadores por US$200; después la cuota es US$300. La cuota cubre la revisión y, si se aprueba, la publicación de una página de iglesia. No compra un puntaje ni una posición en el ranking.

Payment is made by PayPal (including cards) or, when available, by bank transfer. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.El pago se hace por PayPal (incluidas tarjetas) o, cuando esté disponible, por transferencia bancaria. Los reembolsos se rigen por la Política de reembolso.

3. Review and publication3. Revisión y publicación

Nothing is published automatically. The team reviews every submission by hand, may ask for more information, and may decline to publish a page. If we decline for our own reasons, the fee is refunded in full.Nada se publica automáticamente. El equipo revisa cada envío a mano, puede pedir más información y puede negarse a publicar una página. Si nos negamos por razones nuestras, la cuota se reembolsa íntegramente.

4. Scores4. Puntajes

Scores are an editorial assessment of the building, made by the Templum team from the evidence on file. The composite is the average of eight criteria. Scores do not measure faith, worship or spiritual value. We may update a score when new evidence arrives, and a church may ask us to review any figure it believes is wrong. See “How we score”.Los puntajes son una valoración editorial del edificio, hecha por el equipo de Templum a partir de la evidencia en archivo. El compuesto es el promedio de ocho criterios. Los puntajes no miden la fe, el culto ni el valor espiritual. 5. Your content5. Su contenido

You keep the ownership of your plans, photographs, videos and texts. By submitting them you confirm that you own them or have permission to share them, and you grant Templum a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display what you approve for publication on Templum, and to show it in material that promotes your page, for as long as the page is published.Usted conserva la propiedad de sus planos, fotografías, videos y textos. Al enviarlos confirma que son suyos o que tiene permiso para compartirlos, y otorga a Templum una licencia no exclusiva, mundial y gratuita para mostrar en Templum lo que usted apruebe publicar, y para mostrarlo en material que promueva su página, mientras la página esté publicada.

Your files are stored privately. Only what the team publishes becomes public. If you do not want sensitive details shown (for example security systems or full technical drawings), tell us and we will leave them out. You may ask us to remove your page at any time, at no cost.Sus archivos se guardan de forma privada. Solo se hace público lo que el equipo publica. Si no desea que se muestren detalles sensibles (por ejemplo, sistemas de seguridad o planos técnicos completos), avísenos y los dejaremos fuera. Puede pedirnos retirar su página en cualquier momento, sin costo.

We take care to check what we publish, but pages are informational. They are not an engineering, safety or heritage certification, and must not be used as the basis for permits, insurance or structural decisions.Nos esforzamos por verificar lo que publicamos, pero las páginas son informativas. Templum does not promise visits, donations, tourism, press coverage or any position in search engines. 8. Acceptable use8. Uso aceptable

• Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or that you have no right to share.No envíe contenido ilegal, engañoso o que no tenga derecho a compartir.
• Do not impersonate a church, a person or an organisation.No suplante a una iglesia, persona u organización.
• Do not upload malicious files or try to disrupt the service.No suba archivos maliciosos ni intente interrumpir el servicio.

9. Liability9. Responsabilidad

To the extent the law allows, Templum’s liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect losses.En la medida que la ley lo permita, la responsabilidad de Templum por cualquier reclamo relacionado con el servicio se limita a la cuota pagada. No respondemos por pérdidas indirectas.

10. Changes and governing law10. Cambios y ley aplicable

We may update these terms; the date below shows the current version, and changes do not affect registrations already paid. These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, and the courts of Santo Domingo have jurisdiction.Podemos actualizar estos términos; la fecha de abajo indica la versión vigente, y los cambios no afectan los registros ya pagados. Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República Dominicana, y los tribunales de Santo Domingo son competentes.
